Novice Doubles Net
It is important to note that all novice competitors are first time competitors. Many of these players had never even seen footbag net until this year's event. Many spectators at the Wildflower! Arts and Music Festival were extremely interested in footbag as a sport, and the Dallas Footbag Club salutes each of these novice competitors that were willing to give it a try. These players are the future of the Dallas Footbag Club and footbag net in general.
In novice doubles net, each of the three teams played each other in a best of three games to 11 points. Then, the teams with the two highest records played one match (best two out of three games to 15 points) for first and second place. Scores were not reported in novice doubles, so they are not posted here.
