1998 Southern Regional Footbag Championships
Results

The 1998 Southern Regional Footbag Championships was held on the weekend of April 25th and 26th in conjunction with the Wildflower! Arts and Music Festival at the Nortel Complex in Richardson, TX.

A total of 40 competitors came from as far as California, Colorado, and Washinton DC to compete for $2005 prize money. Despite the wind and occasional shower, the tournament was a complete success and the DFC is looking forward to hosting the 1999 Southern Regionals next April.

Thanks to everyone who helped to make our first tournament memorable. This includes all of the competitors and our sponsors. Sponsors include: Redman Footbags, Tony Hendricks, Jim Finger, Wham-O, Flying Clipper, and Whole Foods.
